In a stunning recruiting coup, Notre Dame has landed the commitment of Rodney Dunham, the nation’s No. 1 overall safety and elite edge rusher, who chose the Fighting Irish over seven SEC powerhouses, including Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Florida, Texas A&M, Auburn, and Tennessee.
The 6-foot-4, 225-pound phenom from Buford High School in Georgia is widely regarded as one of the most versatile and physically dominant prospects in the 2025 recruiting class.
