Kylian Mbappe Set to Receive €55 Million in Back Pay from PSG

“Major Win for Kylian Mbappe as PSG Set to Pay Him Massive Amount”

The French football federation (FFF) has rejected Paris Saint-Germain’s (PSG) appeal to overturn a ruling by the French league, which ordered the club to pay former striker Kylian Mbappe €55 million ($57.3 million) in back pay.

According to sources close to the case, PSG missed the deadline to file their request by one day, submitting it after the 10-day appeal period ended on November 4. This development adds another chapter to the growing dispute between Mbappe, now at Real Madrid, and his former club.

Mbappe claims the amount includes the final three months of his salary at PSG, along with several bonuses he is owed. However, PSG, owned by Qatari investors, argues that the 25-year-old had agreed to forgo the payment in August 2023 as part of his departure.

The French league’s appeals committee has attempted to mediate the conflict, but tensions between the two sides remain high. For now, Mbappe appears set to receive the €55 million as ordered.
