Over his junior year at Greenfield Central High School, he averaged 25 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 3.2 steals per game, shooting 56% from the field and 43% from three-point range.
In September 2024, Mullins narrowed his college choices to Indiana, UConn, and North Carolina, eliminating other programs, including Kentucky. He has completed official visits to all three finalists and is expected to announce his decision in the coming weeks. His AAU teammate, Trent Sisley, who recently committed to Indiana, has been actively recruiting Mullins to join him in Bloomington, emphasizing the potential of their combined talents.
Beyond Mullins, Indiana is also in the mix for other elite shooting guards in the 2025 class. Joson Sanon, a 6-foot-5 guard from Vermont Academy, includes Indiana among his top ten schools. Sanon has impressed on the national stage, notably scoring 32 and 29 points in games at the HoopHall Prep Showcase. His recruitment is competitive, with offers from programs like Arizona, Kansas, and Kentucky.
The Hoosiers’ commitment to securing top talent is further demonstrated by their recent success in the 2024 recruiting cycle. They secured a commitment from five-star small forward Liam McNeeley, the No. 13 overall prospect in the 2024 class. McNeeley, who played at Montverde Academy in Florida, chose Indiana over other programs, citing the consistent recruitment efforts of Coach Mike Woodson and the vibrant Indiana fan base as key factors in his decision.
