Indiana Basketball Makes Strong Push for Top Transfer Portal Talent, Hosting Josh Dix and Ryan Conwell

The Indiana Hoosiers basketball program is making a significant push to bolster its roster through the transfer portal. This week, the team is hosting two of the top transfer portal players in the country: Josh Dix and Ryan Conwell.

Dix, a talented guard from Iowa, has been one of the most sought-after players in the transfer portal. He averaged 11.5 points and 3.5 rebounds per game for the Hawkeyes last season and is known for his scoring ability and athleticism.

Conwell, a skilled forward from Wisconsin-Milwaukee, has also garnered significant attention from top programs across the country. He averaged 15.8 points and 6.3 rebounds per game for the Panthers last season and is prized for his versatility and all-around skills.

The fact that both Dix and Conwell are visiting Indiana is a testament to the program’s growing reputation under head coach Mike Woodson. The Hoosiers have been aggressive in pursuing top talent through the transfer portal, and it’s clear that they’re making a strong push to land both Dix and Conwell.

If Indiana can secure commitments from both players, it would be a major coup for the program. Dix and Conwell would bring a significant boost to the Hoosiers’ roster, providing the team with the talent and depth needed to compete at the highest level in the Big Ten.

The visits from Dix and Conwell are a significant development for Indiana basketball, and Hoosiers fans are eagerly awaiting the outcome. If the team can land these two top transfer portal players, it would be a major statement of intent and a clear indication that the program is on the rise.
