Haynes, a five-star recruit from Buford, Georgia, was highly sought after in the 2023 class, ranking as the No. 3 running back and No. 34 overall player nationally. During his freshman year at Alabama, he showcased his potential by rushing for 168 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries.
